This notice explains how AI Done ("we", "the Data Controller") handles the personal data of visitors to aidone.hu and of people who submit our contact form, and provides information about the cookies used on the website.

3. What Data We Process
When you fill out our contact form, you provide, and we process, the following data:
- Name
- Email address
- Company name (optional)
- The content of your message
In addition, technical data (such as IP address, browser type, pages visited) may be automatically generated in server-side logs as you browse the site.
4. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing
Purpose: responding to contact inquiries, providing quotes, and arranging consultations.
Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), given by submitting the form. Where the inquiry relates to pre-contractual steps, the legal basis may also be GDPR Article 6(1)(b).
5. Data Retention Period
We retain the data submitted through the contact form until your inquiry has been answered, and for the duration of any resulting collaboration. If no collaboration results, we delete the data within 1 year at the latest, unless a longer retention period is required by law (e.g. accounting obligations) or you request otherwise.
6. Use of Cookies
The website currently uses primarily cookies that are necessary for its basic functionality. We do not currently use marketing cookies or third-party tracking/analytics cookies. If we introduce such tools in the future (for example, to measure traffic), we will update this notice and, where required by law, request your prior consent.
You can disable or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings — this may affect the functioning of some features.
7. Data Security
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to keep your data secure, and we use it only for the purposes described in this notice.
8. Data Processors and Third Parties
The website is hosted on servers operated by Rackhost Zrt. (a Hungarian hosting provider), which may record technical server logs during your visit. Messages received through the contact form are handled via email.
9. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- access your data,
- rectification,
- erasure ("the right to be forgotten"),
- restriction of processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing, and
- withdraw your consent at any time.

If you believe our data processing violates your rights, you may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH):
